Terms of use
Last updated: 5 August 2026. These terms govern your use of visionaryapis.digital and enrolment with Visionary APIs.
Acceptance
By accessing this website or enrolling in a Visionary APIs course, mentoring session, or clinic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enrolment enquiry.
About Visionary APIs
Visionary APIs provides educational instruction in technical analysis. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or product issuer. Course content is educational. It is not personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of trading results.
Enrolment and fees
Course places are confirmed after we accept your enquiry and receive any required deposit. Fees, inclusions, and exclusions are described on the relevant course and fees pages. Visionary APIs may decline an enrolment where experience prerequisites are not met or cohort capacity is full.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, slides, recordings, curriculum maps, and website copy are owned by Visionary APIs or our licensors. You may use materials for your personal study while enrolled. You may not copy, redistribute, record, or resell course materials, or use them to teach competing classes, without written permission.
Recordings and remote access
Where a course includes recordings, access is personal and time-limited as stated for that course. Sharing login details or circulating recordings voids remaining access without refund for the shared portion.
Conduct
Participants must treat instructors and peers respectfully. Harassment, disruptive behaviour, or sharing other participants’ charts without consent may result in removal from a cohort without a full refund where work has already begun.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Visionary APIs is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make using skills practised in class. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or submit malicious form input.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in the Australian Capital Territory have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
