Information we collect
We collect information you provide in forms: name, email, course preference, experience level, preferred dates, and message content. If you enrol, we may also hold billing details, attendance notes, and charts you voluntarily share for review. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

- Meeting legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your charts for marketing without separate written consent.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Enrolment and invoicing records are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax record-keeping expectations. Session recordings shared with you expire according to the course terms; master copies used for teaching quality may be retained longer in a restricted archive and then deleted.
